Ticket Deadlines
– Friday 21 August — last day to buy on the payment plan (half now, half later). From 22 August, tickets must be paid in full.
– Monday 31 August — second-half payments due, ticket sales close (or earlier if sold out)
– Wednesday 2 September — final guest list locked in with the venue
Payment Plan
Secure your spot now with the first half ($59.50) and pay the balance by Friday 28 August. If the second half isn’t paid by 28 August, your place on the guest list will be released, and the deposit won’t be returned.
Need to cancel? Everything is refundable until Wednesday 2 September, when we confirm final numbers with the venue. After 2 September, all sales are final.
Buying tickets for multiple guests? Please add each ticket to the cart separately so we can capture each guest’s name, dietary requirements, and seating preference. Do not increase the quantity of a single ticket.
